Radiological Associates
Project:
Video Editing, Interactive Business Card CD
Location:
Cameron Park, CA
After producing a video documenting their 90th
Anniversary Company Meeting Event (see below),
Radiological Associates wanted to give potential
employees a taste of life at RAS. We suggested an
interactive business card on CD that contained a shorter
version of their 90th Anniversary video along with a
link to their website. This small CD will be given out
at trade shows and job fairs and shows how RAS is using
cutting edge technology to reach out to the public.

  Client:
Fred Royster
Project:
Video transfer to DVD
Location:
Cameron Park, CA
Fred Royster had a lot of old tapes and it was
always a challenge to try to watch them. Over the years
he taped many family events with a variety of cameras
and formats. As his cameras stopped working, he
lost the ability to watch some of his favorite family
memories.
He asked us to transfer all of his old
home movies to DVD so he and his family could easily
re-live those exciting times. Now he has all of his
trips and events right at his fingertips! |

Client:
Various news agencies
Project: Electronic News Gathering (ENG),
On-Location event recording
With our remote studio location, we are
occasionally able to get a different perspective on breaking
news stories. Over the past few months, the warm weather
here in the Sacramento area has caused quite a few fires to
break out. We like to capture footage from these breaking
stories and send them to our friends at local stations
News10 and KCRA 3. With one of the larger fires, News10 even
surprised us with a call on our cell phone where they
immediately connected us to their live newscast for an
interview.
We put together some highlights of footage
used on TV in a brief montage.

Client: Group20 Productions
Project: Music and Announcement Dashboard (web
based)
Group20 produces a number of live events
throughout the year. One of their clients enjoys a
particular format to their events which uses a variety of
intro music and personalized announcements. Group20 would
have to 'fly' these sound bites in using a couple of DVD
players with staff assigned to cueing and swapping discs.
We created a FLASH-based media player
that allows them to have all of their music and
announcements at their fingertips...well, actually it is
at the mouse pointer! Now one person can easily play any
of their music tracks or announcements in a fraction of
a second.

Project: Photo Story (photo montage /
slide show) to DVD
Location:
Elk Grove, CA
Eddie and Kristine had a beautiful wedding. At the
reception, Eddie sang with his band, various groups
performed dances, and everyone had a wonderful time. We
captured a few hundred non-traditional photos of his wedding
and reception, combined them with 3 great songs from Eddie's
wedding favor CD (see the Audio Clients Area), and created a unique memory
they can cherish forever.

Client: Marissa and Rodrigo RamosProject: Video to DVD conversion and
DVD cover design - Remote client
Location:
Southern California / Los Angeles area
Marissa and Rodrigo has lots of old tapes in a variety of
formats. Like many people, they always used the latest video
technology to capture their family memories. As a result,
they ended up with Betamax, VHS, 8MM and MiniDV tapes in their
collection. They asked us to convert their fading memories
over to a more stable format. Even though they live
over 800 miles away, we converted their tapes
over to DVD and created a long-lasting legacy they can pass
on to their kids. |

Client: Gil Ilustrisimo
Project: Photo Story, Event Recording, DVD Production,
and Web video
Location:
Fair Oaks
Gil Ilustrisimo wanted one last tribute to celebrate his
wife Marilou's wonderful life. He wanted to create a photo
story using photos and her favorite song, plus he wished to
capture and preserve her funeral and reception on a
professionally produced DVD. Meeting Gil, his sons Thomas and
Joseph, and relatives was such a joy. Their love for Marilou
was definitely captured, and is now a permanent part of the
Ilustrisimo DVD library. Plus, we created a mini-website so
distant relatives could also enjoy her wonderful tribute.

Client: Glenn & Tess Carrasca
Project: Photo story (photo montage / slide
show) / Photo restoration / DVD Production
Location: Elk Grove and
Sacramento, CA
Glenn and Tess were about to celebrate their 50th Wedding
Anniversary and they wanted to share their history with
their 400+ guests. They asked us to create a DVD that showed
them both growing up and then growing together. We restored
many of their older photos and added their favorite song to
make it a very memorable journey through the years. They
provided copies to all of their children too. What a great
way to pass their history on to future generations. |

Client: Glenn & Tess Carrasca
Project: VHS to DVD conversion
Location: Elk Grove and
Sacramento, CA
Glenn and Tess had only one copy of their
30th Wedding Anniversary ceremony and it was on VHS tape. Being over
20 years old, the images were fading and they worried the
tape would stop playing. Plus, each time they played it,
they risked losing it forever should the tape break. We
converted it over to DVD so they could stop worrying and
start watching.
